Looking out over Times Square, a gigantic LED cube affords us the opportunity to communicate the Microsoft Apps story on a mass scale. Paired at ground level are three 5’ x 5’ screens that empower the Apps Store with more intimate communication possibilities.

We will create six 15-second animations (three for the cube, three for the screens) that showcase the Microsoft Apps Store through the individual apps that mean the most to consumers. A massive 3D cube composed of smaller cubes churns and rotates. Each of the smaller cubes’ faces shows a specific Windows app. At regular intervals, we punch in on individual app cubes. Bottom screens show a specific section undulating app cubes, with one or another app periodically pushing into prominence.
